This was not the right part. When I contacted Presto they said they don't sell through Amazon and to be super careful when ordering off Amazon as not using the right parts when pressure canning can be very dangerous.

Terrible return policy...
Bad return policy. Doesn’t fit my pressure cooker but they won’t retake this seal... Do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else.
