Yes these products can be used together.

It exfoliates. I'm a big fan of it. I like to put it on in the shower, then use a different scrub on my arms, THEN scrub my face and rinse. And I use it just 3 times a week or so, not every day.

Q: My skin gets really oily during the day. Does this serum help to reduce oilyness throughout the day?

It only says the following, "Minimizes surface shine, refines pores, and visibly tightens the skin for a perfect matte finish.
