Very well built with a 1/2” hemmed top edge. I am replacing a contractor-made drain pan for one of two water heaters in the attic. The 11 year old pan was galvanized 24 gauge sheet metal that was completely rusted through because of a drip from a bad solder job on a gate valve.This pan was well packaged with foam corners inside a heavy cardboard box that arrived only 3 days after I placed the order. I was very pleasantly surprised that there is a hole for a drain line and a 1” PVC fitting with gasket and nut included! This pan will last forever!

Works great. Contractor put a drain in it. Vast improvement over the white plastic ones that crack easily and then leak. It also looks much better.
