National Hardware N277-806 V7700 Cut Tack in Black

These are very good looking and I'm excited to use them on my project. It was hard to understand how many pieces were in each package. I think they sort them out by weight. In the nail pack I opened there were 62, so hopefully that helps you figure out how many you need to buy for your project.

Almost half the nails in the box were completely unusable. See picture.The usable ones were nice enough.

This product is sold in many home improvement stores for a fraction of the price that I paid. If you need these nails quickly and you don't want to bother with shopping in person - you may find good value in this.

I live in a studio apartment with sturdy concrete walls that was built in the 1950s. With the walls being concrete I needed an alternative to drilling hardware into the walls to hang anything. It was suggested that I use carpet tacks and these work perfectly. I will also be using these to re-carpet a cat scratcher. 😊😊

The quality seems to be okay, but there's not many that arrive in the box it doesn't seem to be clear in the description exactly how many arrive. But it seemed like only a handful of these were in their and I was too expensive for what they were charging in my opinion. The nails looked a lot smaller than they did in the picture. And they seemed even smaller than the description was itself so I can't give it a high score. It seemed almost made out of cheaper pot metal, so I used screws as opposed these nails simply set in think they would hold up

The tacks are nice and sharp and inter the wood easily. However, I did find that it would have been so much easier with longer tacks. My fingers have gotten old and it's not as easy to hold things as it once was!

These were used to nail down carpet piece on my stairs so my dogs wouldn't fall.

Don’t bother with the double-sided tape yes I agree if you can get it down your carpet will stay it’s playing around with the tape once it sticks to anything it’s over start again, Waste of time and money for the tape which I purchased first

I am happy with these tacks. I purchased three boxes 11/16" and opened two of them. There were 90 tacks in one package and 92 tacks in the other package. All of them were good and usable. No damaged or defective tacks.

Just what we needed.

I compare these to the 100 year old tacks that I needed to replace. In comparison, they are not as sharp and not as thin. But they work fine.
