Worked perfectly!
We had an old Intermatic T101 mechanical timer for the pool pump which started making a constant humming/buzzing sound when the pool pump was off. The timer was on the guest bedroom outside wall which was no Bueno. Replaced the T101 with the ET1105C and whisper quiet. Highly recommend!

Craps out after just over a year
Worked for over 1 year then crapped out. For this money it should last longer. If you want to spend 250$ every year. Buy this

...Really Only for 110V Applications
Recently have become an expert on this unit and the slightly more expensive ET1125C. Both units claim to handle a 240V/30 amp loads. Only one does so, let me explain. Despite the description here on Amazon, the wiring diagrams that arrive with the ET1105C are ONLY 120V applications. Called a tech support engineer at Intermatic (1-815-675-7000). He knew there was no 240V diagram with 1105C, but "you can still do it." He went on to explain that I just needed to switch 1 leg of the 240V and leave the other leg (to my pool pump motor) hot or unswitched. He explained how. I said, "Will you send me a diagram of the 240V application?" Answer: "No." What? Not an electrician personally, I checked around. Leaving 1 leg hot or unswitched is considered 'unsafe,' 'inadvisable,' a 'violation of the National Electric Code.' Returning my 1105C and paying the extra $10 for 1125C unit. I am an Intermatic fan and like their equipment and this sketchy diversion surprised me. Now have 2 EA / 1125C timers and like them fine. 4 stars because the description is misleading.

NOT a good 240 volt timer
This is NOT a good 240 volt timer. In the US 240 volt wiring will be done with two hot lines. This timer only has one switch, so when the timer is off one of the hot lines is disconnected from the device (e.g. pool pump), but the other hot line still reaches it. This is not recommended, even by Intermatic. I called up Intermatic tech support, and right after saying I have a ET1105C and a 240v supply, the tech responded - You want a ET1125.Great support - I just wish their documentation made that more clear. Time to try out the ET1125...Note: For the record, you CAN hook this up to use 240v, but it's considered more dangerous and may be in violation of code.

Works like a champ
Writing this for those of us who aren't electricians by trade. Very helpful tech support from Intermatic. Wiring diagram was somewhat confusing, but tech explained. Terminals 1 (white) & 2 (black) are for your line (power), terminals 2 & 3 are for a jumper, and 1 (white) & 4 (black) for your load (lights, pump etc). Quiet unit works great!
