These are great for keeping very small things or things that are extra moist from sticking to my dehydrator screens.

I bought these because I didn't want to purchase 9 silicone mats for my food dehydrator. Silicone mats are more expensive. They are not as good a silicone mats however. They are light weight so can blow around while drying unless held down. They also seem thin so taking care while washing is probably a good ides though so far I haven't damaged any of them so they may be more durable than they look. In terms of performance they work okay but again not as well as silicone mats. Fruit rolls peel off but do stick a little leaving a slight residue behind. Blueberries stick on and need to be popped off with fingers. As others have mentioned they do stain slightly particularly with blueberries. I do like them however and would buy them again just because of the price. They do work well, just not as well as silicone mats.

Not as heavy as silpats but still very useful. Corners sometimes curl, sheet may even fold a bit, esp. w. light weight foods like kale, etc. Food dries fine - no issues. Ultimately, very happy with these liners. They fit in 9 tray Excalibur perfectly - box = 9 sheets. Keeps screens clean (I find screens far more challenging to clean)Tomatoes stain somewhat as does anyth. w. oil - not a big deal, IMHO. A godsend for drying sticky fruits/ veggies - pears, apples, peaches... tomatoes. I clean sheets after every use. A quick soak w. the tiniest drop of dish soap (don't soak too long, else soap could flavor sheets?) Clean up is easy peasy. Love 'em so much, bought some for friends who keep their dehydrator going 24/7 w. a lrg garden. They use them almost daily. Would definitely recommend this product!

These Chuzy Chef solid silicone dehydrator sheets have been perfect for use in my 6 tray Cosori dehydrator. I had to trim 2 sides of each square to fit my trays, but they have been workhorses - easy to clean, completely non-stick for fruit leathers and other moist mixtures, easy to roll up and store, and have made dehydrating a breeze. Some fruit mixtures have permanently stained my sheets but this is not a deal-breaker for me as I'm very pleased with their performance. I'm only been using 6 sheets of the 9 in the pack -they are going strong and show no signs of being needing to be replaced (other than appearance) so still have 3 sheets in backup. Very pleased with my purchase!

Used the sheets to dehydrate hot sauce I make so I can have hot pepper powder. Being Teflon the dried purée easily peeled away. There is a little texture to the surface so it picked up a little bit of a stain. Giving them a rinse removed about half of the stain. Overall I’m satisfied with the results, may pick up more as the needs arise.

I bought these to replace the mesh dehydrator sheets that came with my dehydrator. I almost exclusively use my dehydrator to make jerky and was concerned that these would not do as well as the mesh sheets, which were a real pain to clean. These sheets have worked much better than I expected and I'm very satisfied with them. They are super easy to clean. The only downsides I've noticed are1) I have to turn my jerky over half way through the drying process and 2) the fats from the jerky soak into these sheets and leave a stain which I can't remove. Neither of these downsides are big negatives for me. I much prefer these sheets over the plastic mesh sheets. Great purchase.
