A treasure of information that is fun to read
Bill O’Neill is clearly the king of trivia books. He wrote many of them and they are fascinating and fun to read. He writes in an easy to read manner. The books contain a wealth of information we should know. This book is packed with information. It tells us about: (1) the prelude to the Korean War, which includes information about proxy wars, (2) North Korea and the communists, (3) South Korea and the battles fought there, (4) the UN and USA in Korea, (5) the involvement of China and the Soviet Union, and (6) the legacy of the Korean War. Each of the six information-filled chapters is followed by questions and answers so that we can test ourselves. In short, this is a book that we will be happy to have and read.

Great Summary
I can appreciate little history books like this that get straight to the MAIN points...no 30 page introduction, 600 pages of overwhelming words and details that will make you put the book down out of frustration. I purchased a few of these books and plan to follow this author to obtain more.

My son loves these trivia books
I bought all of the trivia books for the century's wars for my 12 year old. He loves sharing the information he's learned with everyone. These books are really cool.
