i like this better than JP. i took JP for many years and also while pregnant. had a breeze of a pregnancy and healthy baby, now 10 years old.i gradually quit JP because of cost and was considering purchasing again. I have pernicious anemia, in laymans terms it basically means i have a hard time absorbing B12. Some supplements absorb better than others, some I don't absorb at all. When i am low on B vitamins a telltale sign for me is very numb hands. After one week of taking this supplement I had no hand numbness and felt great, more energy and a sunnier outlook on life ( if that is even possible, because I tend to be pessimistic) The price cannot be beat. I am only doing this review because this is my second order of this product from amazon and i wanted to give a review. I know this is not the placebo effect. I like the fact the supplement has whole veggies and fruits but the added B and C vitamins are also helpful. I always take this with a small snack or regular meal followed by a full glass of water. I try to eat healthy, but I can't be a vegan, raw food only eater or juicer. Also, when I went off the supplement for a week because I was lazy, I noticed the telltale numb hands coming back. The bottom line is you have to know and trust your body. This supplement is working well for me and i will continue.

Turn 75 this year. Going strong. Don't know how much this item helps but its my primary vitamin.

I have been using for 2 months. I am not really sure if I feel better or not, but I do know I do not eat enough fruits and veggies so will continue he to use.

You take 4 pills instead of 6, and I feel just as good as I did while taking the $119 bottles of juice plus.Try juice plus if you want the name brand, try juicefestiv if you want the same results for a fraction of the price.
