Frankenstein the Original 1818 Text (Reader's Library Classics)

Very impressed w/ Mary Shelley's writing ability at such a young age.

Forget about the old movies you've seen. The movies just don't get it. You will love the real story and the amazing writing of Mary Shelly. The conversations between Dr. Frankenstein and his creation, the excitement, depression, the love for his family and close friends is so interesting. Read it!

The original txt of Frankenstein although different it makes the story more interesting highly recommend it for awesome reading

be careful, this is the 1818 version, not the 1831 version

I bought this for my daughter studying A level English Literature.I read reviews of various editions of this book, many of which have shrunken text.The text on this is perfect.The only issue which drove my daughter to anger, is the end is significantly missing.Her teacher pointed out what was wrong.Now had to buy the Penguin version where he is looking in a pond.

This book does not have the final pages from Walton's perspective.
