DIY for life!
It took longer to look up the how-to video to replace these than it did to actually replace the rods and no strange repair person needed to enter my home. Failed suspension rods are the leading cause of balance issues with this style washer yet such a simple and cheap fix. Easier than replacing agit dogs on a classic spindle washer. Landfills are lousy with broken appliances and the materials used in digital machines becoming more precious so repairing rather than replacing just feels good.

Fit perfect, easy repair, anyone can do it.
The 4 rods came in a single cardboard box and were significantly bent but Rather than returning them and going without a cloths washer for another week I straightened them to almost their original condition (40minutes). Install and putting the top back on the washer took 40 minutes- working slowly.
