Massage therapist had a bottle and used some on me several months ago , so I finally decided to buy some of it myself because she said it was such a good product. It really helps with knots in your muscles or leg cramp in the middle of the night. 😵‍💫

I had my doubts on effectiveness, but I'm surprised and pleased to say this actually gave me more relief then all the usual muscle and pain relieving over the counter creams. I get chronic pain in my arms, shoulders and neck from work and found this soothed the muscle enough to help me sleep better, but being me, I was still dubious and wondered if this was more of a fluke or placebo effect. Then at one point I pinched a nerve in my shoulder. After two weeks of lots of aspirin, pain and limited movement I decided to try this more seriously. I put a few drops of this in a carrier oil (almond or jajoba) rubbed it in my hands and then over the pinched nerve area, I then tried a minute or two of cupping on the painful area, the change was rapid and quite amazing, the nerve just started to unbind. So I tried it again for the next two days and found the pain was 90% reduced and fast on its way to completely healing. I will keep this stocked in my medicine cabinet from now on.

I read and reread all the reviews before ordering this product because I didn't want to waste any more money on products claiming to relieve pain but mostly result in hype. This actually DOES work. I put several drops in my hand, mix it with coconut oil and, literally, slather it on every where I hurt. It doesn't get rid of aches and pains, but does noticeably help alleviate them. Yes, it is pungent, and if you use it without the coconut oil it can cause a burning sensation. That being said, I am willing to overlook odors and tingling for relief from my chronic back and shoulder pain. I ordered my first bottle last October which lasted almost two months. I reordered the giant, economy size. Even my husband, a skeptic about anything not prescribed by a doctor, agreed that it helped his knee when he hurt it on a recent trip. (Yes, I was smug!) It's worth trying!

Purchased to help with joint / muscle aches. The bottle leaked all over the pouch/mailer it came in. I couldn’t find a way to return it. Very strong smell.

I don't know if this is just a placebo effect because I think it will work, but it DOES! It's really quite amazing I have never found anything topically that helped my arthritic joints and muscles that tend to tighten and spasm. The relief is fast. The camphor gives it a bit of an over the counter rub, but that's a small issue compared to the relief.It shipped quickly and was packaged well.It keeps working and I will buy the large bottle next time.UPDATE: I just ordered that larger bottle. This blend helps relieve my aches and pains. I rub it on my neck and shoulders when I wake up with a neck ache. So much better than taking a muscle relaxer. It does have that camphor scent (it will clear your sinuses) but it is not overpowering like straight camphor. The scent is not bad at all.

I have just recently started using essential oils to treat some minor ailments and aches and pains that I have. I am finding they are providing a great deal of relief for me. This muscle relief blend is great to mix into a carrier oil and use it to roll onto sore achy muscles, or areas you have issues with. For instance I have some chronic shoulder pain, and using this brings me some relief from that discomfort. I also really enjoy the calming affect of the aroma when using essential oils such as this. This is certified pure and natural, so no worries of unnecessary added products or impurities. And when you have a good quality, pure oil such as this you use such a small amount that it really lasts a long time, especially when mixed with a carrier oil to apply.
