The vitamin works as it should and helped however, one side effect is some neon colored urine. Should probably be noted.

I bought this for my daughter, who has been suffering from migraines for years. I've taken her to the doctors so many times and everything they prescribe doesn't really work on her. So I figured, let me try something different. The first month she told me that her headaches weren't that frequent, which is a good thing. She actually reminded me to order more before the pills ran out .She is on her second bottle and seems to be complaining less. I guess it takes time to feel real results, but so far so good.

Did not help my migraines at all. I have suffered for many years, since I was a teenager. They are hormone related so maybe that's why it didn't help me.I did try it for two months. I was really hoping it would work!
