sorry there were two different types of radio used in that year with two different types of antenna plug without seeing a picture of the back of your factory radio where the antenna plug goes i cannot confirm

Sorry, I was incorrect and jumped to conclusions, for a 2015 and up you need a different adapter. Metra 40-EU10 is the adapter you will need.

Q: Will this work for 2007 Jeep Wrangler?

It worked for an 06 Sebring so I’m sure it’s no problem

Q: Will this fit a 2000 ford f150? Or do I even require an antenna adapter for that truck?

There are no vehicle specific antennas adapters available for a 2000 Ford F-150.
