Nutricost Caffeine with L-Theanine, 100mg of Each, 240 Capsules

Honestly 1 a day, the taste is great, because there isn't 1.. the texture is a capsule pill type, it gives me some energy, not much. Tbh, I like them, but I think my hearts pounding alot more with sharp pains. Like I dont take them daily anymore, yet they sure are strong. Focus is legit, duration is breathtaking forever it seems yet the value is great, kinda like amazing. TEXTURE IS A CAP. I saw that in the questions lol.

Excellent size capsules which are the perfect size serving of caffeine. These give you plenty of energy and the L-Theanine helps with keeping away any jitters. There’s no aftertaste at all, and this size container lasts me a long time with its 240 servings. Excellent quality product.

Nice energy boost without jitters. Helps soothe my mood in general. Helps ease headache as an alternative to OTC pain pill. Take it only midday as caffeine has a half-life of about 7 hours. May be ok to take later and not interfere with sleep just have not tried. Works best with my stomach if I take with food.

I've been gently nursing a caffeine addiction for the past couple of years. Tea is my favorite but a little on the weak side, energy drinks give you a nice buzz but also an accompanying crash and anxiety, and coffee only tastes good to me with lots of creamer on cold days. These give you a good concentrated buzz that's stronger than tea, without the lingering after taste of coffee, without the sugar, without the anxiety, it lasts longer and doesn't make you crash. You don't have to constantly sip on it; it's just one or two and done. It's cheaper than any of these for the amount of caffeine as well. I wish there was one that was 2:1 caffeine:theanine for a bit more pronounced caffeine effect but still enough theanine to keep the edge off. The brand mentions that it's third party tested but it doesn't share any of these results from what I can find. The pills can make me a bit nauseas on an empty stomach but that's something I experience with any source of caffeine.

I like the 100/100mg dosing of each ingredient. I have these supplements separately and a typical one tablet or capsule caffeine dose is 200mg, theanine varies by manufacturer but generally near 500mg is what I buy. I find this nuticost version a good choice because sometimes I need 2 caps and other times 1 is enough. Also an afternoon dose of 100/100mg is enough to get me through without keeping me up in the evening. I give Nuticost high marks for their formulations and value.

The worst issue I have with these is that occasionally they try to come back up, but I have awful GERD, and it’s nothing a quick Tums doesn’t immediately fix. I love the value and not having to ingest so much sugar to get the caffeine I sometimes desperately need, and the L-theanine keeps the jitteriness away and helps give you a calm, clean energy. Highly recommend these!!!!

I am using these to make my own loaded teas. I open the capsule and put the contents in a cup along with my flavor and electrolytes. The contents of the capsule don't dissolve easily in water, I have to heat the water to get it to dissolve then ice everything down to make my drink. While this is not what these are directly intended for I am still frustrated. I'll be searching for another form of caffeine to make my loaded teas.

Worked very good for me. But I crashed badly after so make sure to eat enough food after 3 hours because I crashed after 4 hours later. Important thing, make sure to sleep enough otherwise if you are doing exams, you will feel fully awaken but have bad brain fog.
