Great product but reduced signal strength
Great upgrade to get rid of the long antenna on a 2020 F-150. Factory antenna was so long is was running along the garage door when I pulled the truck into the garage. This provided an easy fix to that problem. Having trouble keeping reception on channels about 35 miles away and this was never an issue before.

Good antenna
The VOFONO antenna works well , however they can come loose and fall off if the screw which screws into the antenna is not periodically checked. I purchased the antenna about 5 months ago and lost it in a car wash. I did purchase another one ,and will make sure the antenna does not come loose by checking it more often. But very satisfied with the purchase .

Super simple to install, looks amazing.
If you do not like the old school look of the whip antenna that ford installs by default this is a really good discrete alternative. It’s only 7” tall and once installed it will no longer be in your field of vision when driving. You will need a small crescent wrench to remove factory antenna. Don’t be nervous it’s a bit stiff to start but it’s because they used loctite to secure it from would be hooligans from unscrewing it by hand. I would recommend adding some loctite to the new one once you’ve confirmed it works. 😊
