Good product for the price. As a black woman, I was a bit concerned it would look or fall right for my hair, but its actually looks really. the Draw string, makes it easier to place it right over your own hair bun and then pin around it, which is what I typically look. The messy look gives it some realism as it not bone stiff like some of these other buns. Some people will like that, some will not, I like it , I felt it made it look more realistic. I will say that I'm not sure how long it will last as it does seem a little loose at the root , but , for the price, absolutely was worth and if anything would just get another a few months. P.S. I got the black brown (1b) but it looks more like dark brown (color # 2) so it is lighter than expected. I would suggested whatever color you are seeking, get one shade darker.

They black brown was a close match depending on the lighting. I love this bun! Very secure when put on correctly with two inside combs to attach to my short, fine pony tail. I like the size of the bun as it looks realistic. I will buy another to keep as a backup. These are great for flight attendants who have to where their hair up but have thin or fine hair.

We purchased this hair piece last minute for ballet photos. It worked surprisingly well. The color was a tad off but the black hair piece would’ve been too dark. The bun is not a full donut shaped, it’s curled hair that’s loosely shaped downward. The bun shape kept coming undone when my very active daughter twirled and jumped around. Overall, for pictures it was perfect. For long term use- on a child probably not the best option, though an adult would be fine.

Just a little backstory, but I recently got a job in a very corporate position. I tested into the position, half expecting to even receive an interview. Low and behold, I was offered the position and couldn't be happier. Only one issue remained: my green ombre hair. Ombre takes time and money to achieve a good look, and after pouring all of that into my hair, I really didn't want to give it up. For the interview itself, I sprayed my hair black which was messy and took reapplication. That wasn't going to work for day to day operations. After some research, I found this product and couldn't be happier. It arrived on time and was true to the color ordered. It's been a week into the new job, and nobody has any clue that it's a fake bun covering my green hair. The only con is that it does shed a small amount, but it's a very minimal drawback in the grand scheme of things. I highly recommend this product for whatever your reasoning may be. As a side tip, if you have thick hair like me, Bobby pins are your friend!
