Auto Dynasty Full Aluminum 2-Row Racing Radiator, Compatible with Honda S2000 - AP1 AP2 MT

When it arrived one of the mounting tabs for the fans was sticking out of the box and obviously bent. Once removed from the terrible packaging job I found the tab bent almost 90° up. I was able to bend it back, it was surprisingly soft even for aluminum. There were also multiple areas where the fins were smashed and bent. The radiator cap was really easy to remove and install - more on that at the end.During installation, it wouldn't sit flush in the pockets of the car. I took it back out and compared it to the original - with the mounting studs aligned on one side, the other side off. The drain plug is just a bolt, and both it and the sensor seep a little. I was able to seal the sensor but I didn't want to tighten the drain plug anymore than I already did or it will strip. I needed the car so I figured I'll have to drain the coolant and put some thread sealer on it later.The radiator would still be usable at that point, but once I started driving it I kept smelling coolant. I initially thought it was the drain plug because when I would inspect it there was a tiny amount of coolant on the splash shield right under the plug. But when I checked it when warm I noticed the overflow tank was full and the smell was from it overflowing out of the cap and then spraying the engine bay. The radiator neck is too deep so the cap compresses enough to seal off the overflow tank.The poor fabrication has resulted in a radiator that will NEVER hold pressure.
