Decompression Knee Brace, Stable Support of The Knee, Pain Relief

I've been having unbearable pain in my knee. It began when I was pregnant. a year later I lost 60lbs hoping it would help, but it's worse than ever. I couldnt even stand in the kitchen and cook because of the pain. The "brace" I got from Walmart during the pregnancy wasn't doing anything for me. The doctor thinks my cartilage may be worn, and the bone is grinding. Sounds like ripping paper when I extend it. Unfortunately the MRI to confirm the issue is 4k, and insurance won't cover it. So I can't even have the test done to know for sure what's wrong. Anyways, I needed something to help until I can afford the MRI. This brace is absolutely amazing. I wasn't sure since it was so cheap, but the reviews were glowing, and $25 was worth a try. I put a compression slip from walmart over my knee, and then this on top. Immediately my pain lessened. My doctor wanted to try to put me on steroids to manage the pain, but with this brace and ibuprofen I don't need it. The hinges are wonderful. I was afraid they would dig or be uncomfortable, but I wear this brace all day every day and never once felt any rubbing or discomfort. They help take the pressure off of my joint, and provide a kind of splint that keeps it from rotating or overextending (which is very painful for me.) I was even able to pick up and dance with my toddler for a little while today without ware on my knee! It isn't a permanent solution. Eventually I will need to get that MRI and further treatment, but this brace has literally given me back my life in the meantime. As soon as I take the brace off, I can feel all the pain, but as soon as I strap it back on it's as if there's nothing wrong with my knee at all. I couldn't sing enough praises for this item. Why are you still reading this??? Buy it! Your knee will thank you!

Great brace. Medium size fits petite adult

Great knee brace for the price. My very large dogs ran into me and sprains my MCL. The Ortho office wanted a ridiculous amount for a knee brace so I decided to try this first. It’s very good, just wish it was a little longer. The metal parts come out easy for washing. Definitely doing the job!

The cost for this knee brace is way too low considering how well it works. I mean I’ve had to get things at the hospital who built my insurance and it’s just ridiculous. I mean this actually works very happy. We buy it again.

Too bulky to use it for playing pickleball

I have bought and used a number of different braces and stabilizers over the years. This brace is by far the best that I have ever tried. It stabilizes my knees and evens the pressure that causes the pain. Please keep these in stock. I will buy them again.

Best brace I have ever bought for my daughter who had a serious injury.

Ordered the medium size for my daughter. Stitching failed to retain the brace's metal bars in one location after the second use. I processed a return and it arrived within a few days. Great. Except the second one had the exact same failure in the first couple of uses. The stitching that retains the bars is clearly inadequate and needs reinforcement around the entire tip not just a short 1/2 inch (see close ups). Note that this review is for the medium size. We originally had a large size brace from this company that lasted around 5-6 months before splitting a seam. That one was a little too large, so when replacing it we selected a medium, which fit much better. (My daughter was right in the middle between sizes.) I was not too concerned since it lasted a decent amount of time and it wasn't the best fit anyway. In retrospect, I wish that I had switched brands at that time. Amazon no longer has a way to provide a request to the seller for assistance and a simple exchange is not useful if the seller cannot guarantee a good product. I will be shopping for alternatives. My advice is to invest a little more and hope for better quality. Look at company's images for how well they retain the hinged metal bars, particularly the ends. I will update this review if the seller responds with a way forward in resolving this. Otherwise, my final return will be submitted and I will find a higher quality product from a different company.
