What size would be the equivalent to 0.05 pens? Im looking for a really fine white pen. We need to buy the ink separately, correct?

Hello! the isograph makes the thickness of the line equivalent to the metric system (mm). if you compare a ballpoint pen, it is usually 0.5-0.7 mm. isograph the line thickness is from 0.1 and above. Liquid Ink 23 ml are sold separately for refueling and are not included in the purchase.

Are the isographs as horrible as the old rapidographs? i use the .13 rotring cartridge pen a lot. and now you can't find nibs anywhere on earth. help!

I have the Rotring .1 and .2 Isograph and I am thrilled with them. I kept avoiding for a long time because of the reputation of rapidograph. These are great. I feel like I have so much more control when drawing. Just use the right ink and don’t press too hard.

the color for this product is mentioned as Brown. do they mean the ink color or the outer pen color which is in brown ?

You can use any color bottled ink of your choice..Brown is just the color of the pen.

how do I get the ink to flow?
