Seller Vitacost misled product good
Product is 5 stars, however seller, Vitacost advertises product to be a 6 pack (6 x 8oz cost .03/oz.) Price was low but daughter had just bought some for just a few dollars more with free shipping so I was pretty excited to get some for myself! So I tried to order 10 packages but was told they only had 6, so I ordered all 6. I was surprised when the order came today and it contained only 6 BAGS not 6 packs of 6 bags each. On the plus side I have eaten 3 bags of the stuff and love it! I'm diabetic but haven't checked my # before and after to confirm that it doesn't cause any spikes. I cooked onions and garlic in some oil, added mushrooms and then the 'rice' with some chicken broth. Was Great with some grilled chicken or without it.UPDATE: Vitacost reversed charges within 24hrs. Sent apology letter and told me to keep the product because of their mistake.

Try it, you will like it.
Healthy for Diabetes persons, good for persons looking for low carbs, nice for seafood dishes. I enjoyed it immensely and loved to experiment with all kinds of fillings. It is fulfilling, and although I don't eat meat, it is enjoyable with everything else.
