Will these brushes fit in a 2mm hole?

Well Ernie, 2 mm is approx .078 inches. I'd just say that these brushes WILL fit the "standard" sports bottle straw - but will NOT fit straws like the coffee shops or bars serve in their drinks. Think "standard sports bottle straw"...

Can I clean out my wife's Starbucks Tumbler straw out with this?

Not sure on that as I don't have a Starbucks straw. But, the package I received has 2 sizes which should be fine for any reusable straw. I prefer the clear glass or clear acrylic as you can see what lies inside! The two sizes in this pack should be fine with any reusable straw. I make sure I hold the straw under running hot water while I use the straw brush and it gets everything! Highly recommended! Hope that helps.

Are these flexible such that they can clean a straw with a bend in it?

Yes they can clean a straw with a bend. They work great!!

Are these individually wrapped or do they come all in one package?

All in one package. I separated them and wrapped them up in cellophane bags as Christmas stocking stuffers. Everyone loved them. Only some got brushes with their straw.
