Great quality valve but poor sensor design and bad customer service
Seems to work but it is heavy as hell and the attached sensor is attached with a pretty flimsy cable. I dropped it and it ripped right off. I tried to repair with no luck. Called the company, couldn’t get through, finally got someone on chat who told me to email him with proof of purchase and 4 weeks later still haven’t gotten any response or replacement part. Horrible customer service...

I need a new cord, why can’t I give 0 stars
The unit is sturdy enough I think but the cable is way too short and they are not replacing it or sending an extension. It is useless to me without it so I would rate it as low as possible. I have installed it and assumed it would be easy to upgrade the cord but so far no luck. With price of the unit and professional installation, this was a very expensive mistake. Also, no response from customer support.
