Hello! All of our nutritional information is listed in the alternate image (back) of the vitamin. You can click on the image at the top left of the screen to view the back of the bottle. These vitamins have 10 calories, 0g sugar, and offer 22 vitamins/minerals. This a great all in one vitamin that offers 45mg iron, 1500mg of calcium and 600mcg of b12 in a total of four chewables per day.
