So not heard of this brand ans was skeptical in buying it. I glad I did. We live in a tiny with a vaulted ceiling. Got this oversized to help compensate for the additional cubic footage. Again when figuring the size of the ac the square footage listed is based on 8ft ceilings. This unit we got the 14k btu unit is a game changer for us. We live in the south were its high humidity and brutal sun beating down on us. It did the job keeping us cool. Even my glasses now fog up when I step outside. It has wifi and a remote. Our house is small enough no need for either at present time. A couple things to consider. Get a bracket for support. We been using the small 5k units and no need. This one is quite bigger than them. Take your time getting it installed and plugged in. And noise level? Our box fan makes more noise. It's a 115 plug and we have it on a 20amp circuit with other devices so beware of the amperage as your breaker may trip. Not the ac fault just something to consider.

Arrived super fast but sadly I couldnt use it and this was a complete waste of money for me. I own a mobile home and it didnt fit in any of my windows. Everything worked on it as it should. So I am trying to resell or I will just keep it if I dont sell as my house is up for sale and hopefully it will work in a new place.

This air conditioner works great. The delivery guy was great. No problems at all and my son said it cools off the whole place he was impressed that it has a hand control

I really didn’t want to write this, but I’m hoping this pushes the company to actually help me. The AC arrived and has never worked, it hums, but no air comes out at all. Not hot, not cold… absolutely nothing. I followed all instructions, let it sit upright before use, set it to cooling mode at 63 degrees in a 90-degree room. Still nothing.I reached out to the company and instead of offering a clear fix or replacement, I keep getting vague, repetitive questions and long delays in their replies. I’ve done everything on my end. I don’t need more troubleshooting. I need a working AC. It’s 90 degrees in my apartment and this isn’t a small inconvenience especially with the expensive shipping.If you’re reading this trying to decide whether to buy, please be cautious. The product may be defective, and the customer service hasn’t been helpful so far.That said, I’d really prefer a working unit, not a refund. I’m hoping the company sees this and finally gets me a replacement. Please make this right!

Well I set it up in the window and the fan wouldn’t spin because it was hitting the fan shroud! So I figured out one of the screws fell off the motor mount and rolling around on the bottom of the unit I was able to return the screw to its original location and tighten it! The unit works perfectly and extremely well!! Super happy with the unit and it’s keeping us very cool! I have a Rovsun Chest freezer that is amazing also! Highly recommended and I give it 10* stars! I live in the Mojave Desert region and temperatures can be brutal here! I live off grid and my Bluetti AC200L powers it easily!

Fits nicely in my window and keeps the room I have it in nice and cold! Pretty good quality for what it worth. It does have water leakage from condensation if running all day.

I've had this air conditioner for a couple of months and we've had no issues with it! The app is great and there's even a functionality to make it turn on/off at certain times every day. It gets our living room very cool and our NYC electric bill has been lower since we're not using the built in air conditioners anymore. It's also not super loud.
