A carrier

I’d recommend this in a heartbeat. My cat who is AWFUL to get into carriers—I’m talking peed in terror last time I had to chase her down and get her into a carrier, which took ten minutes and cornering her in a closet— was the easiest of our three cats when we took them to the vet recently. She seemed comfortable and wasn’t terrified or crying while she was in it. I had no issues getting her back inside after she got her shots. I couldn’t believe it!! Apparently it’s built specifically to eliminate everything about traditional carriers that cats get so freaked out about. Her being able to see out all sides made the biggest difference, and the latch on the door is quiet so it didn’t startle her when I opened and closed it. It also seemed to help a lot that the door opening is so wide and didn’t make her feel like I was shoving her into a tunnel of doom. It’s SO easy to collapse and assemble, it can be done in less than a minute and it’s amazing how compact it is when it’s collapsed. I love that it latches shut when collapsed so it doesn’t unfold when you store it. It’s also much sturdier than I thought it would be, especially with how lightweight it is. The handle is comfortable to hold and I had no difficulty carrying it with my cat inside. It’s hard to believe the quality is so high for the price! I’ll absolutely be ordering more to replace the soft sided carriers we used for the other cats, and I will be recommending this to EVERYONE I know with cats. I can’t say enough good things about it and overall it was an incredible buy!!

Perfect size for our cats. Super easy to put together takes less than a minute. The quality itself is pretty good. It opens from the front so this will make taking our cats to the vet so much easier. Didn’t even know they made carriers like this so it’s a pretty cool idea! I think it’s definitely worth the money! This seems much safer than a basic fabric carrier and much easier to clean. Overall I’d say it was designed well and will serve its purpose. Folding it down for storage is also nice! I’d recommend this.

I was looking to replace my broken cat carrier. I travel with my cats to my house on the river frequently and wanted a roomy cat carrier. This one is roomy and provides a way for my cat to look out ( She wants to know where she is going and meows annoyingly if she has no view out the window. I really like the fold down feature that allows me to easily place her in the carrier instead of shoving her in one end. It also has access from the top and is made sturdy. My only complaint would be that it is a bit awkward to carry and a little heavier than some of the standard carriers . I don’t think I would choose this for airline travel but otherwise it checks all the boxes for me!

This is one of the best pet carriers. I have a 21lb cat who fits comfortably in it. Its durable and gets the job done while taking your pet to the vet.

Records from Amazon show that we purchased the Medium size in this. It is a good size; I would call it small, but either of our cats fit into it easily. Love the ways to open it. My complaint, deducting one star for it, is that at the time I checked and double-checked tom make sure a "bed" was included with it. When I received it, there was NO bed. To me, that is a deal breaker. Unfortunately I was ill at the time and didn't recover for over 2 months and wasn't able to return it. You can fold a towel or cloth to fit in it and that's what we're doing but I think these should come with the fitted bed to go inside. Otherwise, it is nice, easy to handle, to assemble and unassemble, cats are not afraid of it, and stores easily when folded up. Got it at a good price too, as always with Amazon.

I LOVE this cat carrier. It is compact, yet fits full grown average sized cat (10 - 12 lbs). Its compact size seems to make my cats more at ease; they don't pace, just curl up. (One even uses it as a cat bed when I leave it out.) It's easy to put cat into/get cat out of when I go to the vet. (The vet is impressed with it!) Often, the cat will just walk into the carrier when I open the front. AND it fairly easily flattens for compact storage (though I'm not sure how well the brackets that hold the sides open when it's fully assembled will hold up over time. The don't seem super sturdy, but no problem in multiple uses so far.The only downside might be if you have a strong, resistant cat (e.g., a feral stray you just captured to spay or neuter). I wonder if the plastic sides (the collapsible part) are strong enough to withstand a strong fight. I don't think the cat could get out necessarily, but a big, strong cat could break the plastic sides. (I use a sturdy, metal door carrier for those situations.)All of this, and it's pretty inexpensive, too! I'm very happy with mine!

Amazing carrier! My cat got into it no problem and it was very easy to assemble. I have only used it a few times and while it does seem flimsy, it’s held my 12 pound cat and 9 pound cat with ease (separately, of course)!

This is a solid little pet carrier for the price. The fold down design makes storage super convenient and the side opening is a game changer. My cat Wheezie (10 mos., 8.8lbs and long) fit very comfortably. He had no experience being confined like that, but the open side made him just walk in and lay down. The latches are secure. All in all one of my better Amazon purchases.

Very easy to put up with good simple instructions. Seems flimsy at first but once locked in place the carrier is strong. Excellent size when up, more than big enough for our medium size cat. The opening is just how it should be; no struggling to get a reluctant animal into a box or bag, and the door closes tight with one click, so simple, no stress for cat or its carer. After unpacking we put the carrier in a familiar place so cat could get used to it. She sat in it for few minutes after side stepping it for a few days, then didn't bother with it again. We've packed it away knowing the cat won't be bothered when it's used to take her to vet. Expensive but there's a cost to innovation. Recommend buy.

Best cat carrier ever. Can’t buy it here in Australia ... my veterinarian thought it was great and I got this one for a friend after mine proved such a success. Having the side that opens makes it so much easier to pop a cat in. They are in before they know it! The others I’ve used make it so difficult trying to ram a resistant kitty into a much smaller entry.

Anyone who's ever tried to force a cat into a carrier has known the frustration of a cats ability to defy physics and manage to repel their body away from the open door through sheer will. This carrier makes it a thousand times easier with its large front opening, and it closes simply as opposed to the carriers with the complicated latches on the doors. But the other fantastic feature about this carrier is that it folds down flat for storage, so this item that most of us only use once or twice a year isn't wasting space in our homes. It folds open and flat very easily and simply, it's just a fantastic design. Every time I go to the vets now I get comments on what a great carrier it is.
