Been using this product for quite some time now and I think it has been helping me very well

I started taking the Ultra Omega-3 by NOW Foods because it had been recommended to me by my physician. I can definitely see an improvement in my alertness, and my attention to detail. I highly recommend this product.

I trust this brand, as their products are third party-tested and certified, which is especially important for Omega-3 supplements that can easily go rancid and cause more harm than good. The other thing I like about these is that they do not taste or smell fishy, nor do they cause "fish burps." They are also loaded with 700 mg of DHA/EPA omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, so I only have to take two each day to get my daily dose. Most of the time, fish oil capsules contain far less omega-3, or cost far more.

Having take Omega-3 supplements for many years, this product was disappointing. Generally, I go to the NOW supplements first for any supplement, but there is still only one brand of Omega-3 supplements that is high quality, is better for my the body, and is good enough that I trust the pet-formulated supplement by the same company for my dog’s health.

I originally found out about this product from a professor, Professor Ilardi (I'm sure I spelled his name wrong). To help with my depression and I'm here to tell you, it works! Not only that but other aspects of my health, I recently saw my doctor and he said my blood work is almost perfect. From how I felt a few months ago to now I definitely attribute the positives from this product. As for pain relief i haven't noticed any difference since it wasnt the purpose of taking it to begin with. Other than that no dislikes whatsoever. I'm glad I found this. Buy it, you won't regret it. High-quality product that does what it's supposed to. The capsules are a good size, not too large to swallow. I rarely have experienced the "fish burps," which is a huge plus. The value for the number of capsules you get is excellent. It doesn't get five stars only because I wish the capsules were slightly smaller, but that's a minor personal preference. Definitely recommend for a daily supplement.
