8/25/20 - I had ordered a drip dispenser based on the image advertised but instead I received a spray dispenser. I'm not sure if liquid hand sanitizer will drip like I wanted, as I didn't receive the right product. No where on the product box or product itself shows that it is a JE Brand. After inspecting it, I have given it to the intended person for their classroom. If it works fine and drips, or if the seller corrects this concern, then I'll change my overall rating.9/5/20 - Update: I originally gave this a one star. School has been in session for a week now and I have been confirmed the dispenser drips like intended. So although the image on the product itself shows "spray", it will drip with the proper product. My child said she has used it multiple times throughout the day, as it's conveniently located inside the classroom right by the entrance door. Regarding delivery, I also give it a 5 star, I would give it a 10 star if that was an option. I had ordered it on a Tuesday evening (estimated Prime delivery date was Friday by 9pm) instead it arrived on Thursday afternoon, so I was able to drop it off to the teacher that same day and she was able to install and have it ready for use prior to the start of school on Monday.

I purchased 6 these for our office complex. They were very easy to install a a have been working great. The motion sensor is very touchy so do not mount where someone can lean up against the wall below it, it will squirt them lol.

The soap dispense was easy to install and dispenses soap automatically. Would have been better if there was option to control the quantity it disperses. I have it installed in my home half bathroom but it dispenses more than required.

Really like that the dispenser comes with a reservoir to fill with either soap or hand sanitizer. This doesn't limit me from using whatever product is available versus having to purchase a certain brand.

The media could not be loaded. I purchase two of these. One for my childcare bathroom and one for hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer works when it want to. And the soap one works only when you cut it on. Then I noticed the hand sanitizer became hard and it only put it in not even a month. The top was on tight with the key.. Wasted of my money!!!!! I am returning soon

I ordered 2 dispensers, received both however, one was faulty. When I contacted JSmart, they immediately sent a replacement dispenser. Thank you JSmart. I am very satisfied with my order.
