will it hold a 10.2" ipad in a keyboard case?

This mount can hold an iPad of the size you own but this is not designed for use with an attached keyboard. Why would you want to do that? Think about using the mount to hold the iPad and then use a bluetooth keyboard separate from it; that would be a logical and intelligent use of the mount.

What the max width that it will hold?

I have a 9.75" tablet that it holds but would not expect it to go much wider - maybe 10" at the max

I see that this device rotates 360° and it tilts up and down but will it tilt side to side and if so do you know how far?

Yes, it does tilt side to side about 90 degrees. I love this mount in my kitchen. It allows me to use my tablet as a tv, to read recipes, etc.
