I have had good fortune with my printer and when I needed to replace the drum, I invested a bit of $$$ to do so. I don't regret it because changing the drum has improved the quality of my printing tremendously. I think I'm good for a while now that I've replaced the drum. I must add that the OKI customer service is great. I've had some issues with changing the cartridge and my printer going off-line, etc... I've called the toll free customer service line a few times and each time, they have walked me through the issue and always have resolved it. I really appreciate their service and will continue to support this company.

I bought this part thinking I was getting a toner refill. No toner cartridge was included. Now I have a replacement for future use. This is my first experience with a monochrome laser printer and I think the OKI is great.

We find at our office, the printers need fewer toner replacements if we use Okidata toner cartridges rather than "compatible" ones.

Works great, as advertised.

I really enjoyed the book. I like the John Milton character.

This is NOT a factory fresh product. Mine lasted THREE MONTHS and now sounds like a machine gun whenever I use it. I'm going back to an original OKI product!

It did not work well. It is making a noise and we had to exchange it out for the other one we ordered.
