Sharpening device attached
Once again, I’m purchasing knives that look good, lol. This knife is a santoku , with a metal handle, which I like, sturdy and durable, most importantly is that this has a sharpening device on the bottom case, so as you pull the knife out it automatically sharpens, how wonderful is that, good buy,

Not as sharp as expected
The knife is sharp but not as sharp as I would like. The sharpener in the scabbard doesn't do a very good job. Either that or I'm having cockpit trouble. I've been around sharp knives and sharpeners and this doesn't quite make it. I suppose for the price it's what I should have expected

Already rusting
I bought this only a few months ago. I always hand was and hand dry, I don't even own a dishwasher. Yet it is already rusting. Terrible quality steel. I expected a lot better from Sabatier.

Impressed!
Very impressed with this knife for the price. Thought for sure I'd need to sharpen, but was great right out of the box. Also is very nice looking and easy to clean.
