INCAS USDA Organic Butterfly Pea Flower Powder, Blue Matcha Tea, 4oz

I like this product I like to mix it into smoothies. I’m trying to eat healthier to heal my body and this is one of the things that I use.. It is a good value for the price. It blends easy into whatever you wanna put it in. It has a pleasant taste.

I’ve loved using this to create beautiful and edible things. I used it for my sisters bridal shower and it turned out gorgeous. I used it to color the icing, in my sourdough bread, and also as a lemonade drink mix. It’s a gorgeous color to play around with. Perfect for spring! I’ve had the bag for nearly two years and haven’t used it all because a little goes a long way making it value friendly. The powder easily combined with all the things I tried using it in. I’ve also used it in homemade gummies since then.

Stunning colors and delicious. It does almost taste like a mild matcha. A single teaspoon is enough for two pitchers. 1/8 tsp with 4-6 cups water was great for me. I love it so much I had at least 5 glasses today and finding myself keeping hydrated just from this tea. Since it’s non-caffeinated I can enjoy at night. its great on its own, doesn’t need anything else added but I did try it with lime juice, just to see the color change purple. Definitely going to buy more when I run out.

If using to color frosting, you will need to use quite a lot. And as it has a taste, I recommend frosting the cake in plain frosting, first, cooling, and then decorating in a fine layer of the colored frosting.

I originally bought this as a natural color for meringues. I am yet to use it for that. I make morning smoothies for my kids with this, and they LOVE them.... my kids are so picky, but they like this. I add it to protein powder and mix in supplements, blueberries and bananas, and its the ultimate yummy, very blue drink for my kids. For myself, I heat up almond milk and mix this and some Lakanto Golden monkfruit in, and have a fun, blue drink for myself. It really is a fun, colorful drink and upon reading about it, it's apparently wildly nutritious as well, which is awesome!

I bought for health benefits and it is delicious. It is considered blue Matcha. I drink once a day. Highly recommend and will re-buy

Made a pea flower latte. Used matcha latte technique mixing a few ounces of hot water with 2 tsp of the powder, frothing, then poured over ice and milk. No strong flavor. Just a hint of earthiness. Very very blue! I could probably use less powder next time. I’ll use this when I want a latte drink with some visual appeal and no caffeine.

I used this to make a syrup. It is very colorful and has a taste to it. This mixed very well and dissolved quickly. I think this will make a good dye the next time I frost something. Seemed fresh.
