Great camera, but think about ordering a lock mount
I am actually very impressed with this! I bought to keep an eye on a property I have for sale. It has very clear focus even at about 40 plus feet. Can read license plate numbers easily during the day. Not so much at night. The night vision is fairly good to identify a vehicle, but not the plate.... but for this price very happy with the quality! It hides pretty well on the tree, but the 10" diameter tree tends to wave in the wind causing motion activation. So be prepared for lots of false motion photos to comb through. If you have a stout trunked tree...you shouldn't have as much of this happening.Comes with a cloth strap to mount it. I used the metal style band with lock to mount it to the tree, but the door where the SD card is requires a cable-type mount to lock the door shut. Since this will be unattended and opening the door and removing the card would be just way too easy without the added security, I ordered the Python style lock to also run through the camera and catch the door to keep it from being tampered with.

Still going strong after 1 year.
Background: I purchased 2 of these to be security cameras in an Outdoor Classroom area at a school. I only set them up for still shots, not video. I also ordered SanDisk 8GB Class 4 SDHC Memory Card, 2 Pack, Frustration-Free Packaging- SDSDB2-008G-AFFP (Label May Change) and Trail Camera LOCK Cam Guardian / Trail Camera MOUNT / Metal Security Strap in ONE. Better than Trail Camera Lock Box - Trail Cam Lock REDUCES THEFT. (36 inch, 1 pack).I put them up a year ago and everything is still good. Cameras, SD cards and mounts are all still in place. It's easy to remove the SD cards to get the footage. I know you can hook up the camera directly to a computer via USB cable, but I prefer not to.Picture quality is good and I have captured quite a bit of wildlife, along with 1 instance of some "questionable" people activity at night.Overall, I am very satisfied with these game cameras.

Good product for the money
I get lots of moving branches in my shots. I can clearly make out what's going on 30ft away, people, deer, cars. So far I've only seen deer and cars at night. I could make out the cars driving by. I could clearly see doe deer at night. Daytime I can make out delivery drivers and cars driving into my driveway. My place is remote. So it's partially security log, partially to see what's walking around in the woods. After several months it's one deer. At least I know.It does feel like a quality product. I put some one time use Duracell batteries and it's lasted 3 months so far, so really good on battery. Overall it's worth the price. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there is a bit of a blur in motion pictures.

Great Camera, Major Bang For you Buck
This camera has major bang for buck qualities. I go through a good bit of cameras, I hunt only public land so the price point is good if they get stolen. The shutter speed of the A-20 compares with my cameras upwards of 100$, the biggest part is I have multiple of these and they have yet to fail me, one of them my SD card was stolen and it was left open, the buttons and the SD card slot collected water and it is still working flawlessly. For the people complaining about nighttime pictures, this camera in my opinion does great for the price point, you will not get professional quality pictures from a camera that cost a fraction of its competitors. In my opinion if you are in the 150.00$ and less price range you will not find better, my cameras stay on all year, and I'd say 1 out of three last only six months from other brands, Moultrie has made a quality product.

SD card removal is a problem, everything else is great
All the video features work well. No real issues with setup or use. There aren't any instructions on the battery installation which is a pain. The battery life is good. My biggest complaint is the SD card is very difficult to remove. It doesn't "spring" out when you press and release. There's just no way to grab it with your fingers. It does take good pictures and videos.Update, unit went down in the middle of deer season, 6 months after purchase. SD card reader failure. This apparently a common problem with the entire Moultrie line of cameras. Several tries to get support to respond, finally received a notice to mail it to them for warranty repair/replacement. Of course at my cost. Bottom line the great price is now not so great and I'm without a trail camera the most important time of my hunting season. Will update when it comes back after service, but I'm not going to buy another Moultrie camera.

Terrific Value
I've had 2 of this model up at hog feeders in Central TX since January 2017. On average, they take about 80 pictures/day (hogs, deer, coons). We set them at low resolution, still shots so the resolution is 226-228 KB. The images are terrific, even at the low resolution. The price is right and the quality far exceeds our expectations. Set-up is simple. I've purchased another 2 for other locations. We use lithium AA's and replaced them at around the 6 month point. I used the used batteries in another device and estimate that they were about 1/2 spent. We are looking at setting them up to monitor wirelessly. The newer models are more expensive and we consider the A-20 to be a terrific value. The pictures are 226 KB. I have not tried the video feature.

Love that it uses a regular sd card
We live in the woods and have several game cameras. This one is our favorite. It reacts quickly and takes very high quality photos and videos. It is easy to operate and best of all, it uses a regular size sd card. We have some cameras that use the mini sd card and we have have trouble with the size. It is just not so easy to insert the mini ones, for us. That was one of the deciding factors in choosing this camera. On top of that, it is a very reasonable price. We have had the same set of batteries in for 3 months and after hundreds of videos, it still shows 95% full on the batteries. We own cameras that are fancier and cost more than this one, but we are happier with this one.
