Durable combinable bands
These bands are great for traveling, since they take very little space for the resistance they provide. Most of the hotels I stay in have a work-out room, typically with dumbbells, but I prefer the bands because as a joint moves toward full extension, the resistance increases, so the bands act more like a Nautilus machine than a free weight. Unlike some others, this system allows for combining bands, so with a few bands you can create almost any resistance level. The bands are durable; I have been using the set I have now for over a year, and they have very little visible wear and still provide good resistance. When I wear these out, I'll definitely get another Go-Fit set.
