Q: Does this fit the Breville Oracle Touch?

It's not an exact fit. There are a couple of problems with it. The screen is very thin. It is easy to bend so it wWhen tightened in place, the screen tends to turn snap into an inverted shape, sort of like an umbrella flipping inside out. If this happens, the water goes around the screen and the espresso extraction is bad. I sort of fixed this by using a small o-ring between the screen and the plastic piece and tightening the screw just until the screen won't turn by fingers. The screen is designed for a differently shaped screw. The Breville screw wont' fit flush with the screen and sticks down. This can be solved by getting a metric stainless steel screw with a flat philips head, I think it was a 12mm M5, but I'm not certain. If used alone, the screw won't stop the screen from inverting, the o-ring is needed. I tried 2 screens, one inverted very easily and was hard to prevent the inversion. The other would invert but it was possible to reduce how often it did. Ultimately, I gave up and used the Breville screen. Note: I also tried VST baskets and liked them.

No screw, just the screen. If it is the right one for your machine, the original screw should work fine,

I guess that 51.9 on IMS website is a typo. You can check their website for CI200IM model (also for La Cimbali but without nanoquartz coating) and it has 51.5mm diameter.
