Do they fail when used with chlorine bleach?

We use these at a very busy animal refuge and have had good results even when using a pretty strong bleach/liquid soap recipe.

Does the spray function create a fine mist?

I can be set to a pretty fine mist.

Will this sprayer spray thick liquids?

Yes, we have sprayed maple syrup through it. It may not mist a thick liquid but it will spray a stream.

Will they clogg with a ceyenne pepper and water mixture ?

Cayenne pepper does not dissolve easily in water. The trigger can handle it as long as you make sure you completely dissolve the cayenne pepper in the water. I suggest 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper to a gallon of water. Make sure to mix it extremely well. You can also add one to two drops of dawn dish soap, this will help it stick on the plant leaves if you using it to keep bugs out of your garden or plants. Remember, if there are chunks of the pepper, they can clog the trigger. Fortunately, there is a nice filter on the bottom of the dip tube that should prevent it from getting clogged.

Industrial?

Let's face it. These spray heads are plastic. Plastic is not made to last forever. They do the job well and last a decent amount of time. However, if you knock over the spray bottle while its sitting, the heads will 80% break. If treated with care, they do last a decent amount of time but in a busy environment where the spray heads are being used all day long, its only a matter of time. However, these are the best I've used by far compared to three other company's that make these types of spray heads.
