Both sides of the matress is very hard. It is not useful. As per your description, it is not orthopaedic friendly.Please arrange a call back. I need to waranty service

Kripya is gadde ko bilkul bhi Na len yah pura thermacol hai agar aap iske kapde ko katate hain to andar se thermacol hai yah aap do ungaliyon se bhi utha sakte hai, yah bahut jyada hard hai aur agar aap isko bich mein se modate Hain to yah turant Tut jaega please isko na len aur ismein return ka bhi option nahin hai Maine bahut mushkil se Amazon per return karaya hai bag with Amazon to return it and finally the return but please don't buy it this is fraud Please do not buy this mattress it is completely thermocol inside never by never and there is no option to return I had back with Amazon

Very bad. As it is orthopedic and not maintained high density rebound, because of this bed takes the body skeleton and not yet all comfortable.
