Yummy healthy!
Delicious vegan Omega-3 source. 1 tablespoon has 7 grams of Omega-3 oil. Use it in vinaigrette. I take a tablespoon all by itself because the flavor is light and fluffy! Yum!

Perfect for my use
I've used flaxseed oil in smoothies for decades. I'm switching to this brand. Made in Canada and not imported from other countries. Comes in great container to increase longevity. Taste does not matter much to me. When mixed with other foods in the blender little if any taste is known, unless "a lot" is used. Organic assures product is not contaminated with junk from growing fields or harvesting. Fair price for important nutrient.
