This is more than double the price per ounce of all the other c&e hand creams. is there more than one item in this package?

This hand cream is effective, it's excellent! This tube is the same size it has always been, and 8.95 is actually lower than the 12.00 it usually costs!!

Can you use this for the face?

I wouldn't, especially if you have sensitive skin. The aromatics used in this hand cream are very strong. There is a reason why it is labeled hand cream, not face cream.

How to read the production date and expiry information?

I checked, but I don't see any numbers that are easy to understand as the production date and/or expiration date. I can tell you that I found some old lotion from years ago in my mother's drawers and I was able to use it without any issue. So it seems to me there is a very long shelf life for the product, even though I am not an expert. Hope this helps.
