We've gone through 2 other fountains (Plastic) so far and I like this one the best!This thing is sooo easy to clean being that it's ceramic, has minimal parts and has no corners or crevices. It also came with 2 pumps, which is very convenient.My kitty loves this fountain. there are no replacement filters for it, but I dont use them anyways. I just clean it once a week to make sure all the yuck is out of it and he hasn't complained yet!I've read that bacteria can make it's way into the plastic of the fountains no matter how well you clean it and it causes the fountain to get dirtier faster, we haven't had an issue with this one doing that. Ceramic doesn't hold the nasty bacteria in it.

Kitty likes this fountain but haven't found ANY 2 inch filters anywhere for it. The company claims it's coming soon...It's also a bit challenging to get the flow right otherwise ok

My kitties and I love this water fountain; however, I cannot find ANY filter’s that properly fit this product. WHERE DO I BUY THE FILTERS?

This fountain is adorable, a true decor piece. The downside is it’s a serious pain to put together properly! This was a gift to my mom and she couldn’t get it to work and had to wait for me to come visit and play around to get it to function properly. We’ll see if she can keep it functional.

The media could not be loaded.  Having 2 pumps is great, they always die eventually. I was disappointed in the color though. It's more of a baby blue vs. the bright almost teal I thought it would be. The instructions weren't that great, not that it's complicated but I wasn't sure if the different tubes were for a specific pump or what and the flexible tube seemed too long so I was wondering if I did something wrong. It functions though. The little fish are cute. I didn't notice any fill line so I just eyeballed the amount of water. Lastly it's a pain to refill considering that my 80 lb dog often prefers to drink from the cat fountain I often need to refill it. Will probably stick with my plastic albeit less attractive fountain.

Heavy ceramic will keep water cooler.However, this would also be a nice little attractive burbler, that makes a quiet pleasing sounds and serves to humidify the air a bit.
