working on my laptop after one day
battery was NOT rejected by my Del Inspiron 17r running Windows 10 as had several others. So far it is charging and it is not giving battery error messages.

Great customer service from the seller!!
The first battery I received worked, but the capacity declined rapidly. I sent the seller a note asking about an exchange, and they sent me a new battery immediately. The new battery is performing well, providing about 3.5-4 hours of use. (These are small batteries in a laptop with a large screen. ~4 hours is to be expected.)

More than expected
I was little nervous while ordering the battery particularly its timing but it’s more than my expectations. The battery is running fine for 3 hours while videos were running in background. Most importantly it’s cheaper but good quality.
