Very good
This book is beautiful gift evey expecting mother's can have. The author has given various real life examples which gives a strong positive attitude. The cons which I feel are, in some of the areas the mythological stories are repeating for the same aspect which could have been avoided, next in sports n nutrition much more information could be added. A sincere thanks to Dr. Andal, for sharing her knowledge and experience with us.
