Not for the young at heart with bad shoulders. Lol
I like this product, it will all work out for me in the end. When I first tried it, I thought they had sent me the strongest one they had. After examining it, I figured out there was not a steel bar in the middle, and it actually would bend. Lol Sometimes I forget I am old and weak. But this product will definitely help my shoulders, given time. If anyone else runs into this type of problem, all you need to do is go to your hardware store and get you a 1 1/4 inch hard PVC pipe 1 foot sections. This makes it easier for me to bend, and will eventually help me work up to the strength I need use do this thing without any help. Great product, I wish I had had one of these a long time ago, I may not have the problems I have now. It will work.

A Must Have
This product is definitely a Must have. Great for just sitting and getting upper body pumped on off workout day or apart of schedule workouts routine. Easily can become addicting to use. Found mid-range 45-100 is best for beginners that do workout. Wish they had a laminated chart to hang in my gym. Quality is 5 stars. I wouldn't trust cheaper models just to save a dollar.

Just the right amount of resistance
I have an old extremely stiff twister bar that I have not used for years. So when I tried to used it, I couldn't budge it. So I bought this one hoping it is softer, and that it will help be rebuild my strength. It is exactly as I expected. After 3 weeks, I regained my strength, and I can now use the old one :)
