Good quality, durable bands. Work as intended.

Really effective for muscle recovery and mobility work. The bands are thick, durable, and have just the right amount of stretch. I’ve used them on my knees and elbows with good results. Definitely a great addition to my recovery routine.

Comes with two floss straps red is slightly thicker than the black and a carrying nap sack. Material feels good, it is a little slick but once you tack it on it stays on. I use it for my knees and dont particularly sweat a lot there so im not sure how slippery it can get. Ive tried it on bare skin and over thin cotton pajama pants and either way feels fine. I bought another brand that only came with one and was same thickness as the black band so i think this one is good for the price since you get two. Im not sure how well they work scientifically but after using it a couple days i feel like its doing something. I may update this after using it for a month period. Dont expect this to make your swelling magically dissappear cause it wont but thing else compresses as tight as floss bands. So if you want compression these work well. For less than $20 they are totally worth a try. Im sure you can use them creatively as flexible bands if not for flossing so either way youll get use out of them.

I’ve been using these at Physical Therapy my last week as a start to my therapy session. Great for doing a 2 minute warm up on the shoulder injury. I showed my Physical Therapist the YouTube video and she was on board to try. She assisted me with the application and then let me do my 2 minutes of stretching and motion with each shoulder. Great tool to assist with my shoulders recovery.

WoW works fantastic on shin splits

These are latex / rubbery bands. Not sticky, you need to fold and wrap in a "floss" style. They seem very high quality. If you are a phys therapist or good with gym tech and applying to someone else, you may love these. But these bands are very difficult to apply yourself, especially on your arm. I suggest a test: if you can tie a knot one-handed, you should have the general dexterity to apply one of these wraps on yourself. If not, these may not work for you. In that case, you would do much better with elastic bandage wraps w velcro strips - much easier for self-application.

Have ordered these to try help with my knees. It's early days but as far as the product is concerned am happy with the 2 x bands supplied and the quality of them. The added travel bag is very handy and great for the gym bag!
