SO worth it. These have made completely unwearable shoes actually comfortable to wear. I have used these in the heels of my shoes as well as in the toes on shoes that were narrow in the front and they work perfectly for both cases. I have them in a pair of ballet flats as well and just had to trim them down to size a bit so they didn't show in the back which was really easy to do. Plus, they Do Not come off. You don't have to worry about the adhesive detaching at all, these have been firmly in place for almost an entire year of wear and haven't even started peeling up at the edges. These cheap little inserts have saved me from having to completely get rid of so many pairs of shoes.

I put these in my Doc Martins Mary Janes that were giving me terrible heel blisters and they solved the problem immediately. They stick right on and stay in place I wear these shoes for 50 hours a week so the liner is already going a bit flat but I think that’s just from the amount of time I spend wearing them. Highly recommend!!

Great for shoes that slip in the heel. I have narrow heels and have trouble with this! They also help if you have shoes that rub the back of your ankle. They do peel off fairly easily, so plan to reposition/ replace occasionally. But they get the job done.

Loved these inserts!! I have very narrow feet so my heels usually slip out. These definitely got the job done. They're soft and stay perfectly in place. I wore my heels all night and the inserts stayed put like if they're originally part of the shoe. I'd definitely buy again.

Don’t fit shoe backs very well on any of my stilettos and block heels. My heels are only slightly too big, but I still had to use two pads for each shoe which is crazy. The pads work with two in each shoe, but it’s not very comfortable because it doesn’t cover the entire shoe back. It is also awkward to put your foot in the shoe once the pads are in because it weirdly sticks out in a way that does not mesh with the shoe back at all. Overall it gets the job done but I’d try a different brand for better comfort and sizing.

Omgoodness!!!! Thank you! I had these beautiful shoes but I couldn’t wear them. I love them but they flapped off. I tried full insoles but that made the toe box tight. Then I saw your heel liners and all I can say is thank you!!!! The shoes fits amazing, no slipping or flipping off. The liner feels like a hug on the back of my heels. I highly recommend! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have been using them for months and the grip is working perfectly. The material is soft, comfortable and the appearance is nice. The size is fine, perhaps having the choice of smaller size would be nice. I use them on the top of my slip on sandals to avoid blisters.

My son got me leather slip-on Vans for my bday and I LOVE them! But I have narrow feet and the leather makes the shoes heavier, so the back was hitting my heels and making them bleed something awful. In order to wear them a second time I had to plaster band-aids on my heels and hope they didnt come off. Not to mention it looked a mess from the back. These liner cushions are LIFE! I wore my Vans ALL DAY today, running errands for hours and not one moment of pain. I would recommend them to anyone!

I bought a pair of shoes thinking they were size 8. I am typically 8/8.5. It turns out they were size 9 and slid off my heels, I couldn't walk in them at all. Instead of taking them back, I thought I'd try these. I looked at the many available on Amazon and these had the best rating and seemed like they would accomplish my goal, and they did! I followed the advice of others in the reviews and put them in the heels of my shoes well before needing to wear them. I also put bag clips on them to hold them tight. It worked perfectly. I wore the shoes for around 4 hours, lots of walking and they didn't slip even once. Also, I have the added bonus of no blisters caused by new, stiff shoes, so it's a win all around! I am grateful I have another 3 pairs for the future.

I am so glad I bought these. I got them to stop the blisters my work shoes gave me, not only did they solve the blister problem but 1 pair was slightly too big and now they fit perfect with no slipping.
