They do the job. Getting hot items out of the oven or microwave. Highly recommend.

These mini mitts do the job they are designed to do which is to safely lift hot pan lids, plates, casserole dishes and especially lifting hot items which have just a 'lip' edge for a handle. However I would not use them to remove a hot saucepan/frying pan with the traditional long handle from hob even though there is an image of this in the description as they are too small to get a safe grip on the handle. The silicone material the mitts are made from is thick and durable, definitely heat resistant if a little stiff in use so hopefully with use they will become more supple. You can only do a pinching movement when wearing the gloves, you cannot wrap your fingers around pan handles etc. so are not suitable for the removal of hot items which need this grip action. When I put mitts on they cover the full finger length so fingers are protected but that is where the protection finishes so personally for removal of dishes from full oven I would use traditional oven mitts. However for Hob use, microwave use, air fryers etc. the small appliances they do the job and they grip the edges of the type of cookware used in these appliances very well. Easily stored by stacking on top of each other, hung over oven door handle or just chucked into the 'bits & pieces' drawer. It doesn't matter if they get messy as a quick dip in water cleans them up back to new, this saves your tea towels from getting messy, which most of us normally use for the jobs these mitts are made to replace. I am happy with my purchase as they go well with my silicone oven mitts which are too big/unwieldy for the smaller more awkward to grip handles.

They work but are too small to be useful for people with mudium sized hands.

These Oven mitts are well made. Completely heat proof easy to use. They are in my opinion less cumbersome thab oven gloves. My hand is is size 7 [18cms]

Handy little things although care still needs to be taken as I have noticed fingers got very hot when holding an item for more than 10 seconds

These little mitts are perfect for using to remove the racks from my air fryer or turning food items over and removing .A good size for my small hands . My husband who has large hands also used them comfortably .No issues at all with any heat coming through . Very easy to wash and I am storing them on my oven door.
