Hello! This set of wood? Does the kit include the figures shown in the photo?

The castle is built with thick sturdy cardboard. I do not remember receiving any figures with the castle. It has held up well and is really adorable.

What are the dimensions of this item? I have other pegasus & unicorn figures & wonder if it's to scale with them.
