The boat arrived on time and as described. The supplier even called us the day we ordered it to make sure he was shipping the correct boat. It was delivered by tractor trailer, was wrapped in bubble wrap and that was covered by a thick layer of cardboard and packaging tape. Before signing for it, all protective wrapping was removed and the boat appeared in perfect condition. This is our second Hurricane kayak and the improvements done in the last 5+ years show. They were great lightweight boats before, but now appear to have a stronger design and the same 37# weight. My wife loves it and the improved seat and back hatch cover should make our days even more enjoyable. We can't recommend Hurricane kayaks any higher than the 5 stars but if we could, we would.
