Good price; exactly what I wanted. It was easy to put on the guards to keep it centered in the basin and worked immediately when in the sun. I left off the fountain top (6 different spray heads are included) as it’s always windy and too much water is lost when I tried them. It still looks great without the fancy spray pattern.

Easy set up good directions. Proper operation all depends on what you use to set it up. I found the water pump would drain a 1/2 gallon bucket of water in about five minutes with a light breeze especially if you use the spray nozzles. Water sprays everywhere. Instead, I put the fountain in the middle of a 13 inch flower pot saucer we had that was about 1 1/2 inches deep. I used some sticks to center the pump and didn’t use any of the supplied nozzles. It seems to work just fine that way. Also it seems to be working in low light just gurgling but it seems to be working just fine.

Not a bad price, and works great...when it works. I bought 2, but 1 stopped working after a week. The other is fine. I will say that strong light isn't enough to keep it going. It has to be in direct sunlight. If a cloud passes over the sun, it stops working.

I love this fountain so much! Our dog has a little plastic pool outside and likes playing in it as we're filling it up and the water is moving, but then loses interest when the water stops. We got this fountain to keep his interest. The fountain has been so much fun - we just set it in the water and let it go, it turns on when in the sun and turns off when the sun goes down. It keeps his water moving and he loves to bite at the spray it makes. The sound is lovely and calming and I really like it just as a garden feature. I'm considering buying a second to use in the garden because it's really a nice product! It also came with several nozzles so you can choose the spray style you like. Set up was an absolute breeze. Super happy with this purchase!

Will start to run when Sun hits it and a nice flow for a birdbath. Of coarse when overcast there is no power. Very happy.

It works very well and it’s so cute but it’s a great size and a great item unfortunately my bird bath is too shallow so the water was evaporated in like 20 minutes so you would probably wanna make sure you have a deeper bird

When the sun is out all the way, this little fountain is awesome and looks exactly like the product photos. The problem is mine only survived one season before the pump completely died. ☀️ Important to Know: Direct Sunlight Only (No Battery) Unlike standard outdoor solar lights that store power in a battery to stay on later, this unit has zero battery backup. It is a live pump that only works in the exact moment direct sunlight hits the panel. If a cloud passes over your yard, it stops instantly. If your birdbath or pond sits in the shade for half the day, this fountain is going to be off for those same hours. (Check my video for a real-time example of how it performs in full sun versus when a cloud passes over.) 🐟Not for Fish Ponds I originally bought it as an emergency backup to move the water surface tension during a power outage in my fish pond. It definitely doesn't have the horsepower to actually move or oxygenate water for a fish environment, so keep your expectations strictly decorative. 💨Watch out for the wind If you use the high-spray attachments, a light breeze will blow the water completely out of a smaller birdbath, draining it in a few hours. The Verdict: To be fair, if you are looking for a $10 aesthetic touch for a small, crystal-clear birdbath, this will likely work great for you. I suspect the reason mine gave out is that my backyard pond is a natural ecosystem with algae and debris that a simple, budget pump just isn't built to handle. If you have a clean setup and get one or two seasons out of it, that's a decent run for the price. But if you have a real pond, you're better off spending a little more and getting a slightly heavier-duty alternative that can handle that environment.

Very bad, not even one star

I bought two solar fountains from different suppliers in the same order. This one cost $45, the other $20. They are EXACTLY the same. I thought this one would be somehow different considering it was more than twice the cost, but it was not. Even the packaging was the same. Very disappointed in the price hike by this seller.

Not sure what has happened, we only bought this in Sept. 2024 and it is now only Jan 2025 and the solar panel has completely discouloured with brown marks. I would appreciate the seller contacting me on this to rectify.

This solar fountain works too well. If I use it with my 17” birdbath, too much water shoots out of the birdbath so I have to refill it several times a day. If I am not home, I have to remove it. There is one spray attachment that sprays less but it does not really have a real fountain look. Would be great floating in a pond or pool. *Update* only lasted one season and no longer sprays.

The birds love this fountain. We put it in our birdbath. It works better when you place some stones around it to keep it in the centre and deepest part of the bowl. We find we have to add a bit of water every 4 hours or so due to evaporation on warm days. If you have a derper bowl you may not have to do this. It's a joy to see all the birds playing in it, especially the hummingbirds. It really is a fountain you have to manage a bit though. If it's cloudy it just kind of blurps. When the sun is low in the sky at the end of the day it does the same. If you are wanting a fountain that goes all day no matter what, this may not be for you.
