Impossible if you have a bad gag reflex
Absolutely awful experience trying to mold this mouthguard. The whole pemise for getting this is because I have such a strong gag reflex. This requires you to essentially stuff quite a bit of hardening putty into your mouth and keep it there for 2min 30seconds. I found this absolutely impossible to do. Furthermore, its not really clear from the product that you need to send this to the company its not at home cast. Don't waste your time with this. If you want it done that badly go to your dentist.

Custom is the way to go!
Great fit! It fits so snugly that I have to pry it out off my teeth. I can talk and drink water with it. Worth the long wait.
