Fairly Decently Good
Didn't come with the key, but when everybody else said they either didn't get the charger or got a crappy one, mine came with what appeared to be a factory unused Lenovo charger. Great value. I guess I don't need the keys, but when I got a dock that wasn't damaged, works great, and came with another spare OEM Lenovo charger, I think that makes up for it.

Mechanically sensitive. Randomly cuts off power.
Works well, but is extremely sensitive to being touched, which disconnects power. All USB devices must then be reset.

Excellent customer service.
This docking station is exactly what I needed; however, the power supply was not according to the manufacturer's recommendations. I contacted the seller, and he was kind enough to replace the power supply with one with the proper wattage. I thank him for his great customer service!

I love this docking station.
Perfect for what I needed it for. I was tired of always having to plug in my power cords, usb stuff and video cables for my multi screen setup, this dock allows me to just put the laptop on the dock and go. I don't even have to open the laptop screen to make it work. It works with the laptop closed. I can plug in about 6 usbs at a time, there are 3 video outputs but you can only use it in dual screen. All in all ill be getting another one for work.

Incompatible With Lenovo Thinkpad T470. Check for connector on back of your laptop before ordering.
Contrary to the description, this dock is incompatible with the T470. The dock has a connector in the base that's supposed to connect with a mating connector on the bottom of the laptop. The T470 lacks this mating connector, so it's impossible for the necessary electrical connections to be made. I will return the dock.

Using this docking station to work from home with company ThinkPad. Easy to set up and works great. Awesome price. Would definitely purchase again from this vendor (SmartTech Global) .

Es un producto nuevo, en empaque sellado. Funcionando perfectamente. Permite tener salidas vga, display port para monitor externo. Los 6 puertos usb funcionan muy bien. La fuente de poder de 90w funciona perfectamente. El precio es muy bueno. Comparé con una unidad usada sin la fuente de poder. Era una opción más cara que la unidad nueva.
